Bio
Balance is the process of holding something steady during change. – Mindy Bacharach
We live in unbalanced times and that makes finding calm and stability within daily living difficult. I consider my art a metaphorical container to explore and release emotions and memories – which, in turn, helps me find that vital equilibrium. My work begins intuitively, then the process itself takes over to energize and inspire my work, moving back and forth from spontaneous flow to thoughtful analysis to aesthetic harmony. I use these painted vessels to explore the creative process and my diverse work reflects that experimentation.
